Is there anyway I can get some sort of guarantee to get it deleted or should I just take their word? I don’t want to make the wrong choice and have this thing stuck on my report for 7 years. They told me they could not provide such letter but states “we do deletions every Monday”. I asked them to send it to me in writing, and I want to confirm that they will actually be doing just that.
They also stated that they would delete or void these off all 3 credit bureaus once I paid. I spoke to an agent regarding the four accounts and they negotiated a reasonable amount of 50% to cut the total of all four in half. Hello, new member here and I am in the process of rebuilding my credit.
